The safety and satisfaction of our customers and employees has always been our first priority. Although we have not been busy in the way we are used to, we have been busy using this time to review and renew some of our policies and procedures. We have developed new cleaning programs and protocols and have invested in new technologies to ensure our vehicles are disinfected with your safety and comfort in mind.
We have a great reputation for offering a clean fleet of vehicles to our customers. In order to provide our customers with peace of mind we have further developed our existing cleaning policies to include necessary disinfecting steps before and after each trip. Special attention will be given to high traffic touchpoints such as, but not limited to, handrails used for entering and exiting the vehicle, doors and latches, window sills, armrests, headrests, and other seat accessories, the driver’s steering wheel and dash area, and restroom surfaces such as handrails and door handle.
We have also invested in new disinfecting technologies that will be used before and after each trip. Our Fogger covers the inside of our vehicles in a safe yet powerful disinfectant.
We encourage all passengers and employees to practice distancing awareness while loading/unloading our vehicles and advise that everyone wear a mask while onboard. Hand sanitizer dispensers have been installed onboard our vehicles. We strongly encourage passengers to use the provided hand sanitizer frequently.
A driver’s area barrier system has been installed to provide our drivers with peace of mind, we ask that all passengers respect the driver’s space while travelling with us.
Throughout the duration of your trip high traffic touchpoints will be monitored. Our Air filtration systems have been updated to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases.
